The newly developed DRINKMAN Vario2 is the only two-tank beverage dispensing system with an integrated high-power compressor. Because the tanks are completely isolated, the DRINKMAN Vario2 is perfect for all kinds of hot beverages including coffee, hot chocolate, and mulled wine. DRINKMAN Vario2

The DRINKMAN Vario2 is a completely new member of the Drinkman product family. The DRINKMAN Vario2 is the only two-tank dispenser with an integrated high-power compressor. Both stainless steel containers are completely sealed into EPP shells. This guarantees best insulation and minimal loss of temperature.

You can put two different drinks in each DRINKMAN Vario2. Use this to make drink combinations that will meet everyones’ tastes. For example, dispense coffee from one tank and hot milk from the other. Add some milk foam or vanilla flavour from the service pouch, and the DRINKMAN Vario2 becomes a mobile coffee shop. Other combinations, like an alcoholic beverage in one tank and a non-alcoholic beverage in the second tank, greatly increases the customer potential. Whether it’s used for iced tea and juice, for coffee and hot chocolate, or for a mobile cocktail station, the DRINKMAN Vario2 is always the best choice for hot and cold non-carbonated beverages.

Tatonka X-Lite

X-Lite is the “Lite” version of Tatonka’s X1-System. The X-Lite provides a high level of comfort for the user at all times.

The ergonomically shaped, X-curved carbon-fiber frame transfer parts of the load to the extra padded hip strap. This advance weight-distribution system ensures the user can carry the DRINKMAN Vario2 for long events without the slightest bit of discomfort.

Five different height settings, two frame-to-back strap adjusters and direct adjustments for shoulders and hips ensure the perfect fit for all body-types.

Tank

The DRINKMAN Vario2 has two different 5 Liter stainless steel tanks. Each tank is completely covered by an EPP shell, protecting it from physical damage and providing the best insulation. By design, the EPP shell has a collar that protects the lid and valve from being damaged. The DRINKMAN Vario2 tanks are made from stainless steel, which does not hold the odor or color of beverages after use. This means that, unlike plastic tanks, the tanks can be completely cleaned, leaving no trace of the previously used beverages. Using state-of-the-art manufacturing technology, the tanks are built to be as lightweight as possible.

Temperature

Multiple temperature tests have shown that the DRINKMAN Vario2 tanks have incredible insulation. As shown by the diagram, the tanks initially contained water at 90 °C (194 °F). They were exposed to a surrounding temperature of -1 °C (30 °F) for two hours. In this time, the temperature declined by only 10% to 81 °C (178 °F).

The DRINKMAN Vario2 provides ultimate flexibility at an event because of the superior tank insulation. Beverages can be filled in the tanks hours before an event and still be the perfect serving temperature.

Tank-to-Hose Connection and Screw-On Lid

In the screw-on lid we included many important features in a very small space. Inside the plastic cap, we fitted a stainless steel adapter. This adapter allowed us to attach the valve for the pressurized air on top and the exchangeable GoreTex membrane underneath the lid. The exchangeable GoreTex filter cleans the inflowing pressurized air and prevents the liquids from flowing up into the pressure compartment.

Dispenser

The dispenser features two taps, one for each DRINKMAN Vario2 tank. The two taps are separate systems from the tank to the cup. This means that in one hand, you can dispense the drinks one at a time or both together, and the liquids won’t mix until they reach the cup. By unscrewing a central bolt on the dispenser, you can separate the two taps. This makes the cleaning much easier.

Compressor

The tanks are pressurized with clean air by our new battery-powered compressor. This high end compressor is located inside the lid pocket of the backpack. The rechargeable battery can pressurize up to 50 tanks with 5 litres each (250 litres) on one charge. The compressor pressurizes the tanks to 0.4 bar (5.8 psi) and goes into “sleep mode” until a pressure change is detected, greatly increasing the battery life. This very precise pressurization guarantees optimal dispensing of the beverages. When the battery is drained, it can be recharged in any outlet through the power supply adapter.

The plastic advertisement cover makes inserting your individual product messages very simple. In ad­dition, the DRINKMAN Vario2 offers the option of two flags to draw even more attention.

Cup Dispenser

The removable cup dispenser that is integrated onto the left side of the DRINKMAN Vario2 uses a rubber-lip dispenser that is compatible with most normal cups of varying size and shape.
